To create your profile, we use google login using firebase we may collect your name and email, profile picture from google account.
With your consent, we collect contact information from your device, including names, numbers, emails, and if available, contact pictures. This information is saved to our MySQL server database to enable the functionality of our App. Note: Number Search never shares your information with anyone.
You can add or edit your profile picture, and name through the App's profile tab .However you can delete your profile and all associated data Too. To delete your profile and all associated data including the contact list, you can use the "Delete Account & Data" option within the App in Setting> Advance Features >Delete Account & Data. However, we have added a compulsory question survey to improve the app's ability to retain users before you delete your account.
Our App allows you to search for unknown numbers. We check these against our backend database for matching photo variants and contact details, displaying any matches within the App.
We require certain permissions to provide our services, including access to contacts, the internet, ad identifier, gallery (for profile picture updates), and read external storage (limited by SDK version).
This permission allows the app to draw overlays on top of other apps, enabling features for floating widgets or screen overlays. We use it to show caller information in an incoming call widget, ensuring a seamless user experience while prioritizing privacy. Our usage is strictly limited to this functionality, with no collection or transmission of sensitive data without explicit user consent.
We value your privacy. To enhance Number Search Lookup functionality, access to your contact list is required. Your data is securely saved on our private database via the https://lookup.pakperegrine.com domain using an API. Rest assured, all data is encrypted during transit and storage. With your permission, we may access your call log to identify incoming calls and display caller information using Caller ID features. We do not access or store call duration, outgoing call details, or any other data beyond incoming phone numbers required for Caller ID functionality.
This permission allows the app to run a foreground service, which is necessary for executing tasks that require ongoing execution even when the app is in the background. We use foreground services to ensure uninterrupted functionality and provide a seamless user experience. We use this to show number search calling widget over the screen.
With your consent, we post notifications to your device's notification center for updates, alerts, or reminders related to app activities. We respect your notification preferences and offer options to manage settings within the app. Notifications are also sent when the calling widget is displayed, informing users that the number search service is running in the foreground.
Your data is stored on our MySQL server, accessible via our private domain API at https://lookup.pakperegrine.com/. While we strive to protect your information.
Our App is ad-supported, using ads services from Meta and AppLovin. We also employ libraries such as Glide, OkHttp, Lottie, Volley, and CircleImageView for app functionality, and Firebase for custom updates and push notifications.
