Wasool stores information that you enter into the app, including:

• Billing and collection history

This information is used to provide billing, payment, reporting, receipt and customer management features.

2. Local Data Storage

Wasool is primarily an offline-first application.

Your Wasool business data is mainly stored locally on your device using the app's local database.

This may include customer information, billing records, payments, receipts, reports, business settings and other app data.

3. Google Drive Backup

Wasool allows you to connect your Google account to create and restore backups using Google Drive.

Wasool accesses Google Drive only for backup and restore functionality initiated or enabled by you.

Backup files remain associated with your Google account and are not used for advertising.

4. Google Account Information

When you connect Google Drive, Wasool may receive basic Google account information needed to identify the connected account and authorize backup access.

Wasool does not use your Google account information for advertising purposes.

5. Customer Information

Customer information entered into Wasool is managed by the business or app user.

This may include names, phone numbers, WhatsApp numbers, addresses, areas, packages, billing amounts, payment records and other service-related information.

The app user is responsible for entering and managing customer information appropriately.

6. WhatsApp and Sharing

Wasool may allow you to prepare and share payment reminders, receipts or other information using WhatsApp or other apps installed on your device.

Wasool does not automatically send these messages. You review and send them using the selected external app.

7. Reports and Receipts

Wasool can generate reports and receipts using information stored in the app.

These documents may contain customer, billing, payment or business information.

You are responsible for deciding when and with whom these documents are shared.

8. Data Sharing

Wasool does not sell your personal information or customer information.

Information may only be shared when necessary for features you choose to use, including:

• Google Drive backup and restore
• Sharing receipts
• WhatsApp payment reminders
• Android sharing or printing features

Wasool does not use customer information for advertising.

9. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to help keep Wasool data secure.

Users are responsible for protecting access to:

• Their mobile device
• Their Google account
• Google Drive backups
• Shared receipts and reports

No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Data Retention and Deletion

Wasool data stored locally on your device remains there until it is removed through the app, deleted with app data, removed by uninstalling the app, or replaced during a restore operation.

Google Drive backups remain in your Google account until they are removed using the available backup controls or Google Drive settings.

Wasool currently does not require users to create a Wasool account.

11. Third-Party Services

Wasool may use third-party services or applications including:

• Google Drive
• Google authentication services
• WhatsApp
• Android system sharing
• Android printing services

These third-party services operate according to their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Children's Privacy

Wasool is designed as a business billing and collection application.
